The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) invites Online applications from eligible Diploma holders in Engineering and Non Engineering Graduates (passed during 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024), hailing from Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry for undergoing one-year Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Recruitment 2024:
Educational Qualifications:
For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:
- Candidates should have a full-time diploma in Engineering or Technology from a recognized State Council or Board of Technical Education in the relevant subject.
For Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices:
- Candidates should have a full-time degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Humanities, or related fields such as B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BBM, or BCA from a statutory university or deemed university, approved by UGC.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
- Age Relaxation: As per government norms for reserved categories.
Pay Scale:
- Apprentices: ₹10,500 to ₹11,500 per month.
